Yes! We’re currently waiving our $2.50/km travel fee for homes in our service area (see locations list below). That means no hidden costs, no fine print, just genuinely free travel when you book a home visit for your pet. What suburbs do you cover?

We currently visit Tanilba Bay, Fullerton Cove, Lemon Tree Passage, Corlette, Bob’s Farm, and nearby areas. If you're located just outside one of these suburbs, feel free to reach out. We may still be able to help or let you know when we’ll be expanding our coverage.

Can I get more than one pet seen?

Yes! We’re happy to treat multiple pets during the same home visit. In fact, it’s one of the easiest ways to save time and reduce stress! No wrangling pets into carriers or making separate appointments. Ask us about discounted multi-pet bookings and we’ll tailor the visit to suit your whole furry family.

What if my pet needs specialist care?

We’ll always let you know if your pet requires treatment beyond what we can provide at home. If a clinic visit is needed, you’re in good hands. Our mobile service is fully supported by our state-of-the-art Medowie facility, where we offer diagnostics, surgery, and advanced care options. We’ll help coordinate the next steps to ensure your pet gets the attention they need without delay.

What if I cancel my appointment?

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us support other pets in need and ensures our team can run efficiently. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a fee or affect your eligibility for future free travel offers.
